Our thanks to WELL Doncaster community booster fund for their grant support over the last 6 months.

This has enabled us to maintain our food bank service, develop our recipe cards which our volunteers worked very hard on producing, cooking programmes and support volunteers to learn employability skills such as timekeeping, working as a team and health & safety.

We also invited our food bank customers to garden tea events during the summer.

We ended the programme with a workshop reviewing the benefits gained by our volunteers and we were delighted by the kind comments from all those who joined us. We then all celebrated together by having a Chinese takeaway meal.
