Pioneer Social Enterprise Ltd hold your contact details only in order to send you electronic and postal communications. Our mail list holds no other data than your name, organisation and contact email postal address including post code, what role you volunteered in at Pioneer, your start and leaving dates, your interview and Training Records and any references you may request from us .

This is held on our database and paper based records are kept in secure filing cabinets. We have a secure archive storage facility for past records which funders legally require us to keep for 7 years.

We will ensure that all records are held securely. This information was gathered from you and publicly available data.

We will not share your details with any other organisation unless compelled legally to do so.

We will only ever get in touch via email, Text or post.

We will make sure that everything we send to you is relevant either to your interest or our work, products, and services.

We will hold your information until such time as you request us to stop doing this, or for as long as Pioneer Social Enterprise ltd uses our current information database.

To make sure you're in control of your information.  You can ask us in writing to stop using it whenever you like.  If you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list please do so using the link at the bottom of this statement.

1.0 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation summary)


1.1) GDPR is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within EU countries. The regulation comes into force in May 2018.


1.2) As part of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required by law to protect any user data and personal information of any clients.


1.3) GDPR requires us to not only handle consumer data carefully but also provide consumers with ways to control, monitor, check and, if desired, delete any information pertaining to them that they want.

2 What Information do we collect and how?


2) We collect:


⦁ Information clients provide to us. For example this might be via the website contact form. We collect details of clients name,      address, phone number and email address via the website contact form.
⦁ We also collect data provided via emails, telephone conversations, face to face discussion, feedback questionnaire or postal     correspondence. We collect details of client’s names, addresses, phone number and email address.
⦁ Details of services we carry out for you. We keep records of quotes and invoices we have provided for you, such as details         of any work or training you require/ or have had carried out by us.
⦁ We only collect personal information if clients voluntarily provide us with it, e.g via website forms, phone calls, emailing us.     Users can visit our website anonymously without us collecting their personal details.

3) We may collect personal identification information from Clients and Users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, when Users visit our website, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities services, features or resources we make available on our website. Users and clients may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Website anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users and clients only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information.

6.1) The police, local authorities or Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the courts or any other government body if lawfully requested and where legally obliged to do so.


6.2) We do not share personal client details on social media.


6.3) We only use client testimonials on our website and other promotional documents if we have been given permission to by the client.


6.4) If required, we will share a limited amount of information with our funders and suppliers in order to execute an agreed contract with you or funding agency.
 

7.0 Can a client ask us to remove their personal data, and if so how?


7.1) Yes. Clients have the right to ask us to remove their personal details. Clients can contact us easily on 01302 854445  or email us at Florence.mccready@googlemail.com, requesting us to remove their personal details.


7.2) For legal reasons we have to keep records of Training provided and invoices to fulfil our legal and tax obligations. Therefore we have to keep records of invoices. Such records are kept securely.

8.1) On our website there may be links which link to other third party websites. We do not control the links that appear on these sites or the content on these sites, and are not responsible for the content of these websites. Such sites may have their own privacy policies and terms.
