Poenix Enterprises

The Work Programme is a Government initiative part funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

All four centres of Phoenix Enterprises, in Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster and Barnsley, deliver the Work Programme with the aim of increasing employability and sustained employment of customers initially referred from Jobcentre Plus. We work with diverse customer groups who have various degrees of barriers to overcome such as poor employability and interpersonal skills, basic skills problems as well as low levels of confidence and motivation.
